| Abstract: | This article discusses the rules and methodology of introducing new job description of the electronic resources librarian in a modern academic library. Says, that the precise description and the succeeding practical implementation of job positions, linked to the strategic goals of a firm, make the firm structure clear and, consequently, efficient. |
| Other Abstracts: | Artykuł opisuje metodologię tworzenia opisu stanowiska pracy dla bibliotekarza - specjalisty do spraw dokumentów elektronicznych. Wskazuje na to, że poprawny, dobrze sporządzony opis a następnie zastosowany w bibliotece może przyczynić się do lepszego zarządzania procesami pracy. Zbiór takich opisów czyni także strukturę biblioteki bardziej przejrzystą. |
