| Abstract: | In this paper the Author illustrates the Institutional Repository of “Federico II” Naples University: fedOA. This archive was developed since 2004 and it has been officially introduced in November 2005 based on GNU EPrints software.
This software use got the possibility too go through the following aspects:
- Eprint type
- Metadata set
- Fulltext format type supported
Moreover, FedOA archive will contain all the research doctorate e-theses and furthermore even all the University Teachers staff scientific releases. |
| Other Abstracts: | Nell’intervento viene presentato l’archivio istituzionale dell’Università di Napoli "Federico II": fedOA. La progettazione di questo archivio ha avuto inizio nel 2004 e la sua presentazione ufficiale è avvenuta nel novembre 2005. E’ realizzato con software GNU EPrints. L’impiego di questo software ha consentito di personalizzare l’archivio nei seguenti aspetti: la definizione delle tipologie documentarie, il set di metadati impiegati, i formati full-text supportati. I documenti depositati sono classificati secondo i settori scientifico-disciplinari del MIUR. Lo sviluppo dell’archivio prevede il deposito delle tesi di dottorato di ricerca dell’Ateneo e della produzione scientifica dei docenti e dei ricercatori dell’Ateneo. |
