| Abstract: | We analyze the impact of the Internet, more specifically the World Wide Web, in the evolution of the Public Administration’s Documentation Centers to Digital Information Services. How affect in information professionals' job; its advantages and drawbacks are described, both in the documentary process and in the intermediary process (i.e., bibliographic search and primary documents provision). |
| Other Abstracts: | En esta comunicación se analiza el impacto que ha tenido Internet, y más concretamente la World Wide Web, en la evolución de los Centros de Documentación adscritos a la Administración Pública hacia lo que se puede denominar Servicios de Información Digitales. Se describen las ventajas e inconvenientes en las labores típicas de un documentalista, tanto en el proceso documental como en el proceso de intermediación (búsquedas bibliográficas y obtención de documentos primarios). |
