| Abstract: | Some institutions have rated the professional and working situation of the staff in the Andalusian local libraries as deficient. The activities that the “Asociación Andaluza de Bibliotecarios” (AAB) (Andalusian Librarians Association) is carrying out so as to improve this situation is described in the text. Among these activities the proposal of staff regulations in the libraries presented to the “Consejería de Cultura” (Department of Culture of the Andalusian Government) is being considered. The text is analised and the process followed from the drawing of the project until the final presentation to the “Consejería de Cultura” is described. |
| Other Abstracts: | La situación profesional y laboral del personal de las bibliotecas municipales en Andalucía ha sido calificada de muy deficiente por diversas instituciones. En el texto se describen las acciones que viene desarrollando la Asociación Andaluza de Bibliotecarios (AAB) a fin de mejorar esta situación. Entre ellas destaca la propuesta de regulación del personal de las bibliotecas públicas andaluzas presentada a la Consejería de Cultura. Se analiza el texto y se describe el proceso seguido desde la elaboración del mismo hasta su presentación a la Consejería de Cultura. |
