| Abstract: | In this work, the guide prepared by ANKOS Open Access and Institutional Repositories Working Group (AEKA) for administrators and librarians, who will be involved in the process of establishing the institutional repository is introduced. This guide covers benefits of institutional repositories, current discussions on the topic, institutional archive policies, cost, staffing, marketing tools, intellectual property rights, technical requirements, and interoperability standards, OAI. |
| Other Abstracts: | Bu çalışma, Ankos Açık Erişim ve Kurumsal Arşivler (ANKOS AEKA) Çalışma Grubu'nun kurumsal arşivlerin yapılanma sürecine hizmet etmek amacıyla yönetici ve bilgi uzmanları için hazırlamakta olduğu rehberi tanıtıcı niteliktedir. Bu rehber kapsamında kurumsal arşivlerin yararları, konuyla ilgili güncel tartışmalar, kurumsal arşiv politikaları, maliyet, personel, pazarlama unsurları, fikri mülkiyet hakları, teknik gereksinimler ve OAI karşılıklı işlerlik standartları ele alınmıştır. |
