B. Information use and sociology of information
Graphs are common representations that can capture the structure and then can model a wide range of data and knowledge. In this paper, we present and discuss the functionalities of ViAGraph a tool for graph visualization and analysis. ViAGraph is meant to assist the user in exploring raw information in order to unveil interesting and useful information thru both query/answer and interactively guided data examination interactions. The paper presents a bunch of ideas and techniques related to graph visualization and exploration. Our main contributions are: 1. We propose a new approach of node placement based on ‘geographic’ constraints. 2. We discuss a novel analysis method based on graph comparison. Strengths and weaknesses of the proposed methods are discussed.

BB. Bibliometric methods
This investigation illustrates differences between data available in professional databases such as the Web of Knowledge and data that are freely available on the Internet via Google Scholar. Our findings seem to indicate that, in general non-Western countries are better represented in the Web of Science than in Google Scholar. Through our results we illustrate one aspect of the digital divide between Western countries and other ones, in particular developing countries.

The 5-year synchronous impact factor for large Journal Citation Reports (JCR) subject areas
The STIMULATE 9, Group
BB. Bibliometric methods
Using the largest JCR Thomson Reuters subject areas it is shown that the two-year and the five-year impact factor of journals lead statistically to the same ranking per category. This observation holds for top journals as well as lower level journals. Yet in a majority of cases the 5-year impact factor is larger than the 2-year one. A special case was observed in which one article influenced macro statistics of a whole journal subject category.

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment in the context of the Vietnam telecom industry. The model was tested with a sample of 324 employees working for telecom companies. The result from the partial least squares method (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 program revealed a good fit between collected data and measurement scales which were introduced and developed in the Western contexts. Besides, the findings showed that the six dimensions of organizational culture had positive impacts on organizational commitment decreasingly: innovativeness, teamwork, training and development, reward and recognition, organizational communication, empowerment. This discovery highlighted the importance of organizational culture in enhancing employee commitment towards the organization as well as calls the management attention to these dimensions and long-term development policies.

Internet banking is becoming a new focus as the number of internet users and its benefits are increasing worldwide and its benefits. However, the degree of intent to use internet banking is still a question of interest. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting attitude and behavioral intention to use internet banking in Viet Nam, as well as the moderating role of anxiety, will be examined. Totally, 584 questionnaires were collected for the final analysis. The results from the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 program showed that facilitating condition, performance expectancy, social influence, perceived credibility, and effort expectancy had a positive impact on attitude and behavioral intention to use internet banking. Besides, anxiety decreased behavioral intention and it also dampened the positive relationship between attitude and behavioral intention. The findings of this study could help banks to improve their service to attract more users. Besides, the use of internet banking could reduce the frequency to a bank that indirectly reduces costs.
