Analisis e implicaciones del impacto del

The emergence of massive open online course (MOOCs) has been a turning point for the academic world and, especially, in the design and provision of training courses in Higher Education. Now that the first moments of the information explosion have passed, a rigorous analysis of the effect of the movement in high-impact scientific world is needed in order to assess the state of the art and future lines of research. This study analyzes the impact of the MOOC movement in the form of scientific article during
the birth and explosion period (2010-2013) in two of the most relevant databases: Journal Citation Reports (WoS) and Scopus(Scimago). We present, through a descriptive and quantitative methodology, the most significant bibliometric data according to citation index and database impact. Furthermore, with the use of a methodology based on social network analysis (SNA), an analysis of the article’s keyword co-occurrence is presented through graphs to determine the fields of study and research. The
results show that both the number of articles published and the citations received in both databases present a medium-low significant impact, and the conceptual network of relationships in the abstracts and keywords does not reflect the current analysis developed in general educational media.

Bibliometric indicators from Google Scholar Citations and peer-review activity from Publons of 571 researchers
José Luis, Ortega
BB. Bibliometric methods
HT. Web 2.0, Social networks
LC. Internet, including WWW.
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the peer-review activity and the bibliometric performance of the scholars registered in Publons website. In addition, this paper wants to know which researchers (according to discipline, academic status and gender) make most reviews and which ones accept most papers, because these metrics could be considered as proxies for reviewing quality. Profiles of the most active users from Publons were analysed and searched in Google Scholar Citation to obtain their bibliometric indicators. Correlations showed that there was a weak relationship between both types of indicators. Decision trees identified that established men academics are those that most reviews made while young women scholars are the most demanding reviewers. The paper concludes that these results could help the selection of good reviewers as well as to open a new exploration path for scientometrics.

GH. Education.
Findings of the research conducted by the University Libraries Department of the Ukrainian Library Association.
Due to their document collections and room for education, creativity and communication, the libraries suggest to the users worldwide the data support resources and services for lifelong studying process designed for obtaining knowledge and skills being up to date in future. Meanwhile, aiming to support the educative and researching targets of the users, the modern librarian faces the necessity to revise permanently his role and upgrade timely his professional competences, while both the mentioned is the basic premise for high quality in his work under the modern conditions of ongoing social, technological and economical changes.
The researchers pursued answers for the following questions – How the university libraries’ staff manages the systematic recurrent process of new knowledge obtaining and skills drilling? What kinds of knowledge should be updated for efficient professional activities? What types of skills are drilled and what are felt necessary to be drilled? What are the motives for studying? What forms of the non-formal and in-formal education are supposed to be the most efficient? What kinds of speakers and what topics are desirable to be listened?

The University libraries have faced the challenge to seek for new capacities to support the scientific researcher in their explorations, due to the recent changes in the science communication and innovations in the scientific researches and education, together with stepping up the quality requirements to teaching, learning and scientific researching.
For the recent five years, the University libraries have been intensively implementing the innovative services in information support for the educational and scientific-research activity, taking into account the state-of-art global trends, e.g., cloud computing, open access, open education, etc.
The Maksymovych Scientific Library of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, as the Scientific Guidance Center for University Libraries, together with the University Libraries Department of the Ukrainian Library Association have performed the online poll, aiming to study the Ukrainian University libraries’ experience in managing and development of this very area of activity, and also – to draw an overview chart of the services rendered by the University libraries in Ukraine. The poll interim results are enclosed.

“Possibilities of applying workflow automatization technologies
in the “Als Plus” organization”
Duzbenova, Alyenda
FH. Reorganization.
Automation technologies are a vital component for companies looking to sustain their success in 2020 and into the new decade. Workflow automation is the process of automating human tasks, data, and file routing between individuals or systems. Businesses and individuals all over the world automate workflows because they see significant improvements in productivity.
The topic is relevant because everything that increases profits and reduces costs is important for the company. By automating the workflow, the team can avoid wasting time on processes that can be replaced. Workflows can help optimize and automate repetitive business tasks, minimizing errors, and improving overall efficiency. This can significantly reduce the time to complete the task, as well as reduce the costs. Workflow automation is simply a strategy to help the “Als Plus” company improve the business's efficiency, overall revenue, and operations.
The object of our research is “Als Plus”, which official partner of 1C and is part of the network 1C: Franchisee, 1C: ERP Center, 1C: Consulting, 1C: CORP.

The goal of this data is to increase understanding and awareness of the 5G system and technology that has been obtained by a number of contemporary and wealthy countries to date. A large number of countries outside of the richest and most sophisticated nations, on the other hand, have simply observed and attempted to produce this progress. Despite this, the preparedness to grow, investigate, and adapt to the full scope of 5G activities remained a mystery. The likelihood is based on human capability and facility preparedness, which is characterized as crystallization to the next generation. COVID-19, on the other hand, caused significant changes, with one suggestion that the outbreak had an influence on teaching and learning methods as well as English as a foreign language instruction. In short, 5G provided the opportunity to bridge unusual scenarios such as COVID-19 while simultaneously maintaining educational consistency.

Production, distribution, and use of open access digital books in the Social Sciences and Humanities field: A systematized literature review

DD. Academic libraries.
EB. Printing, electronic publishing, broadcasting.
HO. e-books.
Introduction: Scholarly communication in social sciences and humanities has developed through monographic publications. In recent decades, electronic books have become prominent for communication in these areas. Objective: Given the importance of creating a more democratic science and the consolidation and advances of open access presented in recent times, this research identifies the current state of scientific knowledge on the production, distribution, and use of open access electronic books in the social sciences and humanities. Methodology: Based on a qualitative methodological approach, the study used the systematic literature review (SLR) method with the library and information science abstracts (LISA) and the Scopus databases, which has international recognition within the areas of information science, social sciences and humanities. Results: Forty two articles that discussed the analyzed themes were verified based on the defined SLR protocols and StArt tool. Conclusions: It was concluded that the social sciences and humanities area has been using open access digital books in its research, and academic libraries and university press are the main actors in their distribution. Moreover, some technological, social, economic obstacles persist in the use and production of studies on the subject owing to its reduced importance compared to research on open access journals in various other areas of knowledge.
