English abstract

This paper examines the evolution of Health Research Information Systems (HRIS) in response to advances in digital technologies and global health research needs. It explores the role of AI, machine learning, and big data analytics in data management, predictive analysis, and real-time decision-making. The study highlights the importance of FAIR and CARE principles for ethical, transparent, and equitable health data management. Findings emphasize the need for skilled talent, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and continuous training in data science, health informatics, and information technology. The paper proposes a sustainable HRIS adoption model focusing on privacy, interoperability, and cross-platform integration. It concludes that scalable and interoperable HRIS are essential for strengthening global health research and cross-border collaboration.
