In particular, the musical section is strongly appreciated by users, with a great circulation of people and a lot of cd borrowed every day. This situation determines many problems for the library and the users themselves. The paper examines these problems and highlights new users' behaviours. 2003 Sala Borsa è la nuova biblioteca pubblica di Bologna. Ha una sezione molto importante sugli oggetti multimediali: più di 10000 Compact Discs, 5200 VHS e DVD. In particolare, la sezione musicale è molto apprezzata dagli utenti, con grande movimento di persone e moltissimi prestiti al giorno. Questa situazione determina alcuni problemi per la biblioteca stessa e i suoi utenti.
