This document offers a base and ordered of arguments to discuss and to take decisions in the update and adjustments of the programs of superior education and postdegree. It contributes as guides to implement changes in the programs of education of the race of library and information science for the agrocultural and environmental areas. The academic formation demands a great effort to modify with greater frequency the educative programs, a change in the way to interpret the nature, a new way to think, an attitude different and the promotion and development to the creative capacity.
