Information was filtered through the organizational structure, and only a little information was available. Many industries focused their production on tangible materials. Nowadays, knowledge is the result of a production made to acquire minds, a kind of richness; organizations have the duty to create systematic and rational ways to identify and use experiences, specializations and individual skills as resource for the organization itself. A main role is played by the technology integration into an industrial organizing culture, so that knowledge is largely available and usable.</abstract>
