I will try to describe how a Hybrid library should work, considering the current IT requirements. I will put myself in the shoes of a professional user, not the librarian’s since I have never occupied such a position except for a three month internship during my early university days. We should not forget that this work aims to focus on Italian Libraries, therefore we should consider the different level of e-education of our country compared to England and the other countries.
