"The new review of information networking" is formed by two parts, the first one contains some quite convincing writings about various topics linked to net information. The second part – called 'Network resources and access tools' – contains shorter articles that define (also in a critical way) recent initiatives in this field. The literature quoted in the references is in English and often refers to Internet addresses.
