In occasion of the "Third Unesco Congress on Ethical, Legal and Societal Challenges of Cyberspace. Infoethics 2000", organized by UNESCO and held in Paris during november 2000, a paper was presented by S. Dusollier, M. Buydens and Y. Poullet which seemed interesting to quote and to publish: "Copyright and access to information in the digital environment", with a very rich bibliography.
