Antecedents of development of the model of the European Foundation for the Quality, through a general study, its foundations, concepts and application. Later to make a study of the phases that entails (evaluation, External Evaluation and Final Evaluation). Next an analysis of the application of the model to a real case: The Service of Archives and Libraries of the University of Salamanca.
