Higher education universality is a great chance to think on university libraries management model. University libraries are considered the main link for information management, knowledge and learning as well as for the need of a new model of management in university libraries to support the process of universality of education in Cuba. The main features of INFOSUM, a service to support the information delivery to students to facilitate the learning process in this new context are exposed.
