In spite of considering the technological-scientific surveillance as a determining activities in organizations a little is known and practiced. Sometimes it is confused with monitoring, technical prospective, benchmarking, etc. Nevertheless, the technological-scientific surveillance show a methodology and features that distinguish it from the other refered activities. The metodology to outline a surveillance system is exposed. The experimental french pattern AFNOR XP X 50-053-FRE only one available for this service. A proposal for the establishment of a technological scientific surveillance system for Alimentary Industry Research Center (AIRC) is provided.
