<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">The aim of producing a miniglossary as a reference tool for both teachers of English as a foreign language and medical specialists was attained by compiling the most useful terms in medicine, dentistry and nursery. Ninety-four health professionals were surveyed to finally coin a total of 2 574 terms. This miniglossary helps students, teachers of English involved in teaching English for Special Purposes, as well as specialists in those three health areas to get familiar with their vocabulary in both English and Spanish.</abstract>
