Organizational intelligence is dealt with as the expression of human intelligence. Its fundamental concepts and components are expounded. The information and knowledge management are approached as tools for the introduction of the so-called organizational intelligence in institutions and the importance of new technologies and of the information professional in this model is analyzed.
