The education and formation of users become a social necessity in Cuba at the moment that the scientific and technical information represents one of the resources for the social development. When taking in consideration the advance that take place constantly in all the disciplines of the knowledge and the effect that can be produced with a practical application and a constant update, easily the necessity is included/understood that exists to make arrive these advances at our users. Then is evidence the great importance of the education and formation of users and that our librarians understand which is their paper within the scientist-information activity.
