<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">The Quality Dictionary copes with techiques and principles of total quality management as the interdisciplinary instrument of thematic areas and disciplinary fields configuring in the evolving area of: quality, management, marketing, production, statistics, planning, applied statistics, certification, organization, laws etc. The documentalist is forced to his own role re­engineering, more integrated at a productive and communicative social level. The dictionary systematizes “a common language and a specific nomenclature for a quality culture”, referring to ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, and proposes a scientific approach to the issue.</abstract>
