The abstracts comprise of the scientific life, because almost all the articles that are published in magazines specialized in the fields of natural sciences, the technology, the information and the medicine go preceded of this important component. Although procedures of evaluation recognized do not exist, that give a categorical and objective answer to this question, the certain thing is that the preparation of abstract is a work that internationally has been reserved to the specialists in information, considering that they constitute the suitable personnel for it.
