<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">The normalization is an essential dynamic and continuous process for the optimal operation of all organization and the obtaining of good economic results. The necessity to make the analysis and processing of documents, as much at national level as international, so that these are comprehensible and compatible to each other, is more and more urgent. With this aim, different international norms in the field from the documentation and the scientific information have been developed. It is in this sense that International Standard Organization (ISO) has like intention fundamental to promote (at world-wide level) the development of the normalization and compatible activities, with the objective to allow to the international product interchange and services in the industrial, commercial, scientific, technological, economic sectors and others.</abstract>
