<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">Stimulation for reading is the primarly task and not easy one of each Library for Children. The special fragility of their Users, requires from the Librarian a large range of skills, among which their primarly psychological ability, which includes the capability of evaluation of the individual character/nature of each young reader apart, as well as their appropriated orientation and leading through the World of Books. The reliable and successful Method is the familiarization with the books through Games, therefore those Libraries are frequently called Library - Game Room, helping the Parents and the Teachers in the Education and Acquitance of general culture of the Child, since the first days till the Age of fourteen, but more important is their help in shaping a healthy, creative, profound, stable, thereby happy People.</abstract>
