<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">Domesday Book is the survey of landholdings, owners, tenants and slaves and the whole their assets in 1086 in England. It is the earliest public record, the foundation document of the national archives. Produced on the orders of William the Conqueror, king of England, the manuscript was written on parchment, in Latin, originally bound in two volumes. Faxcimile edition of Domesday Book was published on 1986. anniversary, and electronic editions appeared in last two years. In the paper there is description of creation and content of the Book, facsimile edition production process and details of it’s CD editions: Domesday Explorer and Digital Domesday.</abstract>
