Some suppliers have gone out of business, other search engines no longer use their own database, but instead buy their data from other search engines. In the field of the large international search engines there remain only a few suppliers. Welcome news is the appearance of several new search engines within the past year. Among the very promising new tools are Teoma, Wisenut and Openfind.
