In this article an analysis becomes of how for one better direction and organization of an archive become necessary to assume a managemental approach, where is important to visualize to the archives under a sistemic optics since one of its objectives is the treatment of the information, trying to give to this one a value added by means of the use of a series of tools, like provided by the technologies of the information and the communication.
