This paper presents a theorization about information, document, documentations and archivals, and also about the evaluation’s process of documents, considering it as a primordial factor to subsidize all the decisions in public or private archivals. Suggests requirements about the archivals’ preservation that can make its functionality possible, with higher quality. Completes exposing that only when archivals’ managers gives more attention in some questions like infra structure, equipments and a coherent professionals’ payment, the society will attributed to this archivals’ its real importance.
