<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">Information overload, also called 'data smog', is increasingly a problem in Internet retrieval. Technical solution approaches induced an initial euphoria, but have failed to solve the problem. With the current expansion rate of Internet pages, the signal-to-noise ratio drops dramtically. This paper offers demonstrations of a variety of syntagmatic and experience-based retrieval strategies.</abstract>
