The communication describes, basically, the methodology that the author is using for the treatment of the resources of information in the subsystem of management of the administrative documentation (SSGDA) of the Departament d'Agricultura, Ramaderia i Pesca of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DARP). The author presents the importance to develop the archivist like professional integrated in the organization. With this methodologic proposal it is possible to direct the SSGDA of the institution of systematic and strategic form.
