<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">The introduction to technologies of information and communications (TICs) in the processes of exchange of reffered academic information necessarily would produce a change from the paper pattern to the electronic one. CENIC journals, Biological and Chemical Sciences, were the first Cuban journals to be published in CD-ROM pattern. Notunthstanding, the need for indexation of serial publications from the Ministry of Higher Education in fulltext database in Internet, with the aim of obtaining a wider visibility of Cuban science, has been manifested. This paper had the aim of knowing the opinion of the authors and readers of the CENIC journals, about the kind of fulltext database available in the World Wide Web where the journals should be pesented, as well as evaluating the skills of the researchers for search, recovery, organization and elaboration of electronic documents, and on the basis of these analysis to create the procedure for the publication of CENIC Journals in Internet and its incorporation to Fuente Académica database, belonging to EBSCO Host, one of the most prestigious database at international level.</abstract>
