The study consists of two parts. In the first, the results of the evaluation of the Spanish journals of Arts, Philosophy, Geography and Literature are presented. In the second part, a study of the references cited from a selection of journals that were better valued  is realized in order to be able to establish, in a experimental way, a relation of the more frequently cited journals in each discipline.
