One of the most important library services concerningresearch is the Document Delivery Service, responsible for giving acces to information and documents. It is our purpose in this article, on the one hand, to show the changes undergone in our work enviroment with the introduction of new tools to facilitateour daily tasks, and on the other, to present those source of information accesible via the Internet which will allow for a better service quality. With this in mind, some limits have been set and only those tools which of greater interests have been chosen, both from Spain and abroad.
