<abstract xmlns="http://eprints.org/ep2/data/2.0">Editorial trades seems to be against authors and their work rather than to play to they favor;  and this is not only an economic phenomenon, but an exercise of a political control on scientific production.  The Net allows to realize a universal scene of publication that amplifies the circulation of the ideas:  the experience of the open access supplies a vituous model of system of sharing of the acquaintances from which leaving by now for the necessary renewal of scientific publishing.</abstract>
