The article presents strategies for the structuralization of a Website in the development of a digital libraries, through softwares free and proprietors, using themselves of the existing content in bibliographical catalogues of institutions, as well as point the implementations and methods offered for these softwares and the effect of its use in the informational flow in education institutions.
