English abstract

This article provides information about the implementation and operation of Verde - an Electronic Resource Management System, at Charles University in Prague. The conclusion describes the five phases of the electronic resources life cycle as follows: considaration, trial, licensing and acquisition, active use and monitoring, subscribtion renewal or rejection. The system Verde operates according to these phases and increases the efficiency of the library workflow.

Příspěvek informuje o Verde - systému pro správu elektronických informačních zdrojů, průběhu jeho implementace a provozu na Univerzitě Karlově v Praze. V závěru příspěvku jsou popsány fáze životního cyklu elektronických informačních zdrojů. U každé fáze jsou zmíněny výhody systému pro knihovníky UK. ISSN 1802-9736.
