English abstract

This paper describes the method to analyze policies copyright of JCR journals in all areas regarding supplementary material. Additional material provides greater information content of the article and are beneficial to the reader, but are not essential for inclusion in the article. SOM-Self Organizing Maps technique has the advantage of working data as our brains looking like among things and profiled similarity between large masses of data can not be interpreted otherwise used. In the field of the documentation has been used for the classification of information.

Spanish abstract

En este trabajo se describe el método para analizar las políticas de copyright de las revistas JCR de todas las áreas con respecto al material suplementario. El material adicional aporta mayor información al contenido del artículo y son beneficiosos para el lector, pero no son esenciales para su inclusión en el artículo. Se emplea la técnica SOM-Self Organizing Maps que tiene la ventaja de trabajar los datos como nuestro cerebro, buscando parecidos entre las cosas y generando perfiles de similitud entre grandes masas de datos que no pueden interpretarse de otra forma. En el campo de la documentación ha sido empleado para la clasificación de información.
