技术发展不以人的意志为转移，在20年前，我们很难想到现在如此多样的电子资源，更难以想到现在的移动阅读设备会如此深刻地影响着我们的生活；今天，我们当然也没有理由自信地说未来的出版、未来的阅读、未来的图书馆是什么样子的。我们需要紧跟技术发展的步伐，去探讨历史进程中出现的新问题，寻找我们的新对策。
