There is described brief the concept of social exclusion and poverty appearing some indicators of the poverty in the Peru. The changeable library Joins it publishes and Indicator of distribution rate of libraries you publish to national level as a way of measuring the social exclusion in the access of the services of nformacion and the way since these they can turn into social spaces for the social incorporation.
Se describe brevemente el concepto de exclusión social y pobreza presentándose algunos indicadores de la pobreza en el Perú. Se Incorpora la variable biblioteca publica y el indicador de tasa de distribución de bibliotecas públicas a nivel nacional como una forma de medir la exclusión social en el acceso de los servicios de información y la manera como estas pueden convertirse en espacios sociales para la inclusión social.
