English abstract
Archival practices are getting closer to computers every day, due to technological developments. In orted to control the electronic documents which are the production of computer-based services, it is necessary to know more about the featires of such documents and traditional archival subjects. In this paper the advantages and disadvantages of the electronic documents are reviewed and such documents are evaluated in general. Teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak arşivcilik uygulamaları her gün bilgisayarlara daha fazla yaklaşmaktadır. Bilgisayara dayalı hizmetlerin ürünü olan elektronik belgeleri denetleyebilmek için, bu belgelerin özellikleri ve geleneksel arşivcilik konularının daha iyi bilinmesi gereklidir. Bildiride elektronik belgelerin avantaj ve sakıncaları gözden geçirilerek, bu belgeler genel anlamda değerlendirilmiştir.
