English abstract
It is not the Internet or the new technologies which will save the current libraries from their lack of efficacy, but the way in which they organise to satisfy the demands of the new reader of the 21th century as for the access to information and knowledge. In principle libraries have become inefficient and obsolete because they operate in an isolated fashion and without interaction. The new paradigm of public library should take into consideration this new organizational structure which foundation bedrock should start with the professionalization --training-- of librarians, but not in an capricious or illusionist way as waiting for a sudden change of librarians out of the nothing, but in a well planned and sustained way. [Tr.ZMMM].
