English abstract

A census has been conducted on the training destined to women and written by women in the publishing setting of 2002, with the aim to discover the thematic incidence and to circumscribe the space destined to the type of the training. Although an high percentage of the published material allows a direct identification of the type, the semantic analysis shows that only a third of the published texts of 2002 is work of female writers; moreover, the marginality of the training addressed to women reveals the deviation between the attention paid to occupation, training and managing concerning women and the consequent scientific reflection.

La formazione destinata a donne e/o scritta da donne viene censita all’interno del panorama editoriale del 2002, con lo scopo di individuare l’incidenza tematica e di circoscrivere lo spazio assegnato alla formazione di genere. Benché una elevata percentuale del pubblicato consenta una diretta identificazione di genere, l’analisi semantica dimostra che solo un terzo dei testi editi nel 2002 è opera di autrici; ulteriormente, la marginalità editoriale della formazione rivolta a donne rivela l’evidente scarto tra l’attenzione per le questioni occupazionali, formative ed imprenditoriali che riguardano le donne e la riflessione scientifico-epistemologica sulla formazione al femminile.
