English abstract

The development of new documental resources in digital shape solicited in different areas a redefinition of the “document” as an object. At the same time, appeared the importance to identify effective criteria for selection and evaluation of the documental sources on the web, taking account of the different fields of study and research. Specifically, teorical observations related to historical studies, accompanied by a sample of ten websites with their value card on the theme of the feminine history.

Lo sviluppo, accanto alle forme tradizionali, di nuove risorse documentarie in formato digitale ha sollecitato in vari settori disciplinari una ridefinizione dell’oggetto “documento”. Parimenti, è emersa l’importanza di individuare efficaci criteri di selezione e valutazione delle fonti documentarie di rete, tenendo conto delle specificità dei diversi settori di studio e di ricerca. Nello specifico, sono state proposte delle riflessioni teoriche relative agli studi storici, accompagnate, a titolo esemplificativo, da un campione di dieci siti web con relative schede valutative sul tema della storia al femminile.
