Abstract(s)

Internet's rapid development has an important contribution to online system's upgrade : the workstation became user friendly, the access is very easy and the connection cost is inexpensive.

Η αλματώδης ανάπτυξη του internet συνέβαλλε σημαντικά στην αναβάθμιση των online συστημάτων. Το περιβάλλον εργασίας έγινε πιο φιλικό προς το χρήστη, η προσπέλαση έγινε ευκολότερη και το κόστος σύνδεσης πιο προσιτό.
