English abstract

The limits al access of the documents of file always are not of legal character. Many times the citizens cannot agree to the information of the archival documentation by reasons the internal operation of the file that complicates it or because they lack a sufficient documentary description of their funds.

Spanish abstract

Los límites al acceso de los documentos de archivo no siempre son de carácter jurídico. Muchas veces los ciudadanos no pueden acceder a la información de la documentación archivística por razones el funcionamiento interno del archivo que lo dificulta o porque carecen de una suficiente descripción documental de sus fondos.
