English abstract

Aim of the presentation is to give a generic and, at the same time, specific overview about the initiatives and the research projects on digital preservation. Are suggested useful measures to develop and increase the digital preservation initiatives, presenting the projects in progress all over the Europe and in Italy, too, with the project ReDigIt, which aims to create an Italian network for the preservation of authentic digital documents.

Scopo della presentazione è quello di dare un quadro generale e al contempo specifico sulle iniziative e sui progetti di ricerca e sperimentazione di conservazione del digitale. Teorizzazione di misure utili a garantire lo sviluppo e la continuità delle iniziative di conservazione. Vengono presentati progetti in corso in Europa, in Italia, ed infine un progetto tutto italiano, ReDigIt, per la creazione di una rete italiana per la conservazione di documenti digitali autentici.
