English abstract
The permanently increasing volume of information and the need of the creation of thematic specialised informative products prompt the portals in the organisation of their content. The portal of EPICOS S.A (www.epicos.com) realizes a unified classification form with the use of three from the widespreadest systems of coding and classification of information. The model for the classification of government supplies of products and services Common Procurement Vocabulary (C.P.V) of the European Union, used by NATO for the classification of products Federal Supply Class (F.S.C) and international model of U.N. United Nations Standard Product and Services Codes (U.N.S.P.S.C) were connected aiming at the production of thematic specialised products. This study of case aims to present the process of system's concretisation: the use of electronic files in XML form for the information reception, the classification of information, the cross-correlations of three systems and the retrieval of information with the use of connected indexes.

Ο διαρκώς αυξανόμενος όγκος πληροφοριών και η ανάγκη για τη δημιουργία θεματικά εξειδικευμένων πληροφοριακών προϊόντων ωθεί τις διαδικτυακές πύλες στην οργάνωση του περιεχομένου τους. Η διαδικτυακή πύλη της EPICOS S.A (www.epicos.com) υλοποιεί ένα ενοποιημένο ταξινομικό σχήμα με τη χρήση τριών από τα πλέον διαδεδομένα συστήματα κωδικοποίησης και ταξινόμησης πληροφοριών. Το πρότυπο για την ταξινόμηση των κρατικών προμηθειών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών Common Procurement Vocabulary (C.P.V) της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, το χρησιμοποιούμενο από το ΝΑΤΟ για την ταξινόμηση προϊόντων Federal Supply Class (F.S.C) και το διεθνές πρότυπο του Ο.Η.Ε United Nations Standard Product and Services Codes (U.N.S.P.S.C) συσχετίσθηκαν με σκοπό την παραγωγή θεματικά εξειδικευμένων προϊόντων. Αυτή η μελέτη περίπτωσης έχει σκοπό να παρουσιάσει τη διαδικασία υλοποίησης του συστήματος: η χρήση ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων σε μορφή XML για τη λήψη της πληροφορίας, η ταξινόμηση της πληροφορίας, οι συσχετίσεις των τριών συστημάτων και η ανάκτηση της πληροφορίας με τη χρήση συνδεδεμένων ευρετηρίων.
