English abstract

Basic description of the spanish online information service called "Mi perfil investigador" (My research profile)[http://www.accesowok.fecyt.es/mpi.html], developed by SCImago research group, from University of Granada, to serve the spanish scientific community. It facilitate basic personalized bibliometric information to them, from scientific publications of which they are authors, and which are contained in the databases of Thomson Scientific and distributed through the Web of Knowledge.
