There are more and more electronic journals, magazines newspapers, reviews, bulletins, ads, guides. The apparition of electronic periodicals has implicated several problems that publishers, readers and librarians-cataloguers are confronting every day. In this Paper, many questions are posed - a lot of problems will still make troubles to all participants of the virtual chain of production and usage of Electronic Journals, and for some of those arising problems the solutions are very close, while some of them are resolved throughout the work process.
