English abstract

This document contains 10 theses where it is criticised the copyright system and the librarians and library associations who while defending the copyright they become barriers of the documental information access in libraries from underdeveloped countries. This work was comprehensively elaborated in the First Workshop of the Copy/South Research Group celebrated in Canterbury, Kent, England, October 2005. Este documento contiene 10 tesis donde critica al sistema del copyright mundial y a los bibliotecarios y asociaciones bibliotecarias defensoras del copyright como principales barreras para el acceso a la información documental en las bibliotecas de países subdesarrollados. Este trabajo fue desarrollado ampliamente en el Primer Taller del Grupo de Investigacion Copia/Sur celebrado en Canterbury, Kent, Inglaterra, octubre 2005.
